After you save a contact, you will be able to synchronize it with your Outlook and GMail contacts.
This integration is bidirectional, meaning your KADO contacts will be sent to Outlook / GMail and viceversa, avoiding for potential duplicates and ensuring data is always up to date in both sources.
Finally, this integration is personal and on a per user basis.
- Each user will synchronize the contacts they have generated with their own professional Outlook or GMail account.
- If under a multi-user account, each individual will have to activate the integration independently.
How to connect to your Outlook / GMail
- Head to the Home section (https://app.kadonetworks.com/home)
- Click on the Sync with KADO option
- Select Google or Outlook
- You will be redirected to the OAuth page where you will have to grant KADO permission to access your account
- The synchronization process may then take 10 minutes to fully kick in
