Your company has created a KADO account and digital business card for you. Through this article, you will be guided through different functionalities and processes to ensure you are properly set up.

1. Login and basics
You may log in either through the web or app. We recommend downloading the app for an on-the-go experience.
Remember: always log in using the business email that is included in the KADO welcome email
Mobile access and basic Sections
- Download the app:
- Log in through SSO or one-time-passcode
- SSO [Microsoft SSO may need of company IT approval]
- One-time-passcode: enter the email associated to your account. You will receive a one-use passcode in your inbox; copy and paste it in the app.
- Key tabs
- Profile: holds your digital business card
- Exchange screen: includes your online and offline digital business cards
- Home: summary of activity
Web access and basics
- Head to the web app: https://app.kadonetworks.com
- Log in through SSO or one-time-passcode (same as mobile access)
- Key sections
- Home: summary of activity
- Profile: holds your digital business card and other perks.
- Analytics
- Leads: contacts that you have captured through your digital business card.
- Contacts: accepted leads.
2. Exchanging and capturing contacts
There are many ways you can share your QR code. You may store it in your phone wallet, in a phone widget, add it to your email signature, or just show it from the app. You may learn about the different ways to share your QR code via this article.

3. Managing your contacts, notes and relationships
Important note:
After you capture someone’s info, called Lead in KADO, you may save it as a contact. Once done, you will be able to perform a variety of tasks:
- Add notes to the contact and share it with your colleagues.
- Record follow up tasks
- Sync your email and calendar to view past and upcoming meetings and emails with such contact
- Download their LinkedIn profile

4. Navigating and editing your profile
Depending on your company’s contract settings, you may be able to edit your profile to certain extent. The below guide will show you how to manage and edit your digital business card (basic info, socials, buttons…)
4.1. FROM THE WEB
Tip! When editing or completing your digital business card, we recommend doing it from the web. It will be easier to copy and paste links
1. Complete your profile – basic info
- Click “My Profile” https://app.kadonetworks.com/profile
- Upload your picture
- Complete any additional profile information under “Card Info“
- Click “Save Changes”
NOTE: depending on account settings some fields may not be open to edit

2. Complete your profile – buttons or video [Card Features]
You may add personalized buttons and video content to your card. For example, you may want to add a marketing video, or a link to your personal meeting scheduler (calendly or similar).
- Click on “Card Features” tab
- Click “Add Content”
- Click “Call to Action button” or “Video”
- Fill in the display text and paste the URL of the button

3. Complete your profile – socials
On top of the company’s predefined links, you may add links to your personal social networks, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter /X and others
- Click on the “Social Links” Tab
- Click “Add Social”
- Select the social network
- Paste the URL to your profile

4. Virtual backgrounds & email signatures
You may also create virtual backgrounds for your Zoom / Teams / Google calls; as well as create click-through email signatures that link to your digital business card.

4.2. FROM THE APP
If you haven’t yet done so, download the app (links at the top of the article)!
- Don’t forget to ALWAYS log in with your BUSINESS email that appears in the welcome email
- In the app, head to your Profile where you will find your digital business card. Click on Edit

- To add a social link
- Scroll to the bottom of the Edit page
- Under Social Links, click on “Add”
- Select the Social Link of your choice (for example LinkedIn)
- Enter the display name of the button (e.g: LinkedIn, or LI) and the URL to your social profile. Then click on Apply
- Attention!! Make sure the link includes https://
- To add a personalized button or video
- Scroll to the bottom of the Edit page
- Click on Add Content
- Select Call to Action button or Video depending on what you want
- Insert the text to display on the button (if choosing button) and URL

Once you are done with all edits, hit Save at the top right of the Edit page
5. You are ready!
